Princeton in Latin America (PiLA): PiLA Fellowship

PiLA has partnerships with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community, government and multilateral organizations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean that seek highly qualified recent college graduates who take up full-year service fellowships in development work. PiLA fellowships offer formative field experience to those interested in working with community oriented organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean and those who are eager to pursue careers in international development.

Organization details

PiLA was established in 2002 by a dedicated group of Princeton students, alumni, staff, and faculty as an independent nonprofit organization seeking to strengthen in the Americas the fulfillment of the University's motto, In the nation's service, and in the service of all nations.
