Volunteer Nepal - National Group: Volunteer Programmes

Volunteer Nepal partners with various NGOs to support community leaders and youth workers in community building, rural development and sustainability efforts. Projects are undertaken in the sectors of social work, health services and education and training. More specifically, volunteers can choose between teaching in schools, volunteering at a hospital, or working on a conservation project. In most countries, upon arrival and prior to commencing placements, volunteers will undertake a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course that will prepare them for the challenges ahead.
