Lattitude Global Volunteering (formerly known as GAP) is an international youth development charity started in the UK in 1972. Our mission is to develop ‘Global Citizens’ by immersing young people in challenging, structured volunteering experiences in different countries and cultures to inspire change, growth and maturity. At Lattitude you are not a tourist. Based on your preferences and strengths we place you in schools, outdoor education camps or community organizations in 12 countries around the world for periods lasting 3 to 11 months. Our decades of experience have proven that international volunteering will help you develop new skills and uncover your strengths as you become part of a new community in a foreign country. Where can you go? Ireland, Ecuador, Malawi, Poland, Vietnam, Argentina, UK, China, Japan, Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand.
