Globalteer: Volunteer in South East Asia, South America or Indonesia

Globalteer has opportunities to work on a range of dynamic and community-run projects to suit all needs. These projects are run responsibly and ethically. We are members of Tourism Concern’s Ethical Volunteering Group and Associate members of Keeping Children Safe.

Projects are based in Argentina, Borneo, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Laos, Peru and Thailand. Projects range from community and education-based (after-school and reading programmes for disadvantaged children), wildlife (including Elephants, Bears, Monkeys and street dogs) to rainforest and ocean conservation projects, sustainable permaculture farming and more.

At any of these, you will be working directly with experienced project staff and will have a clear role to play, so you can be assured that you will be benefiting the project and community (or animals!) you are working with.
