This program is designed for teenagers and adults of all levels of French proficiency who wish to broaden their knowledge of French language and culture. Participants study at private language schools specially selected for their professionalism and hospitable atmosphere. Courses concentrate on traditional language instruction (i.e., grammar, usage, pronunciation) as well as practical skills such as speaking on the telephone, ordering in a restaurant etc. To complement the language study, French culture and civilization is examined through discussion groups, news reports, literature and excursions.
