Fund for Education Abroad awards are intended to support students planning to participate in high-quality, rigorous education abroad programs in the academic year or summer.

Generation Study Abroad New Zealand Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics Excellence Awards (NZITPEA) are awarded for study at participating institutes of technology and polytechnics.

Scholarships include financial support for students from diverse backgrounds, rewards for academic excellence and funding for research students.

Made possible by the generous support of a group of international education professionals who are committed to advocating on behalf of LGBTQI students, this scholarship is awarded to a deserving LGBTQI student who aims to participate in a high-quality, rigorous education abroad program.

These Doctoral Scholarships are tenable by international students for study towards the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Canterbury.

Students may be awarded merit-based aid if they maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. Additional consideration will be given to those students demonstrating leadership within their campus or community.

Ms. Diamond created the Kathleen Kervin Diamond Endowed Scholarship because she felt privileged to have had a year abroad, studying and learning language and culture. Ms. Diamond feels strongly that students today, no matter their financial circumstances, should have access to study abroad.

The purpose of the award is to recognize excellence and achievement by a Treaty First Nations person, and to encourage and assist Treaty First Nations people in the pursuit of post-secondary education studies in one/both of the following areas: Law and/or Political Science.
